Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska (BCBSNE) was recognized by J.D. Power as the top-ranked health plan for customer experience in the Heartland.

During the annual U.S. Commercial Member Health Plan Study, J.D. Power surveys members of 147 commercial health plans in 22 regions throughout the U.S. Achieving the highest ranking in overall satisfaction, BCBSNE was rated on eight categories in J.D. Power’s study, including:

  • Ease of doing business
  • Helps save time and money
  • People
  • Product/coverage offerings
  • Resolving problems or complaints
  • Trust
