My wife and I began our retirement adventures in 2020. It was obviously an unusual year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We really focused on walking and hiking regardless of the temperature. During some time in Colorado, we started doing more aggressive mountain hikes leading ultimately to climbing our first fourteener! We climbed Mt. Quandary, which is 14,265 feet high! We definitely learned some lessons about being better prepared for future fourteeners! We were certainly glad to have our Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska card with us!
