Auburn Family Health Center, Complete Children’s Health grow in Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska’s Total Care

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska is proud to announce two of its partners in delivering Total Care are growing from Patient-Centered Medical Homes (PCMHs) to Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). Auburn Family Health Center (AFHC) and Complete Children’s Health (CCH) recently joined OneHealth Nebraska, an independent physicians’ organization and one of BCBSNE’s ACO partners.
